Take our 45-minute behind-the-scenes tour and learn all about our whiskey-making process. From the milling of local grain through fermentation to distillation, barreling & bottling, come participate in Statesville's distilling legacy. At the end of the tour, come and sit a spell at our bar for a complimentary tasting of our Southern Star Bourbons, Double Rye Whiskey, and gold-medal-winning Double Shot Bourbon Cream Liqueur. Reservations are recommended, walk-ins on a space-available basis. All tours start at the top of the hour.
